Programme Management Group – An internal North East Lincolnshire Council group made up of Councillors, Director for Economy and Growth, Portfolio Holders and representatives from key council areas.

Creative Panel – A group of creative representatives and practitioners overseeing a major programme of events/festivals, residencies and public art, to engage new audiences and animate key town centre spaces and heritage assets.

Creative Workspace – A group of key stakeholders overseeing a major new hub for cultural production in the Kasbah area of the Port of Grimsby including new studio, exhibition and shared production facilities.

Creative Connections (combining former Business Development and Connecting and Communications groups) – A group of business experts overseeing an intensive sector-specific business support programme, incorporating mentoring and business advice for creative industries, including career pathway support for local graduates. The group also oversees the enhancement of communication within and beyond the creative sector in North East Lincolnshire, to bring together sectors to promote Grimsby Creates and embed creativity, culture and heritage in the fabric of Grimsby. 

St James’ Square – A group of key stakeholders overseeing enhancements to St James’ Square, the town centre’s only green open space, through the provision of outdoor events infrastructure and public artwork.
